Concept

This project rethinks the traditional office. Instead of a single monolithic building, we designed a campus of smaller, interconnected structures organized around a central green space. The focus is on flexibility, natural light, and providing a variety of work environments to suit different tasks and preferences.

Challenges

Creating a large-scale office environment that feels human-scaled and encourages movement and interaction was key. The design also needed to be adaptable to the changing nature of work, with the ability to reconfigure spaces easily.

Solution

The campus layout promotes walking and chance encounters. The buildings feature operable windows, access to outdoor terraces, and a mix of spaces from quiet focus rooms to large collaborative hubs. A modular interior partition system allows for easy reorganization of office layouts as the company's needs evolve.
